WhatsApp and third-party services

The contact form opens WhatsApp on your device; your message is sent through WhatsApp and is subject to its privacy policy. The contact page includes an embedded Google Map. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Storage and security

Health data is stored confidentially and is accessible only to authorised staff, for the period required by Albanian healthcare regulations. Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights

Under Albanian data protection law and, for patients from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@dentalia.al.
