Dr. Ahmet Yildizoglu
Dr. Yildizoglu graduated in dentistry with a specialisation in implantology from Ege University in Izmir in 1987. He ran his own practice in Izmir for more than twenty years before moving to Tirana in 2012, where he has focused almost entirely on implantology and complex full-mouth rehabilitation.
Today he leads the Dentalia team with the same principles as always: accurate diagnosis, proven protocols and no shortcuts on materials.

How much do dental implants cost in Albania?

How many trips do I need for implants?
Usually two: a first stay of 5–7 days for the exam, CT scan and implant placement, and a second stay of about a week after 3–6 months for the permanent teeth. Crowns, veneers or dentures without implants often need only one trip.
Do the implants come with a warranty?
Yes. Implants carry a 10-year warranty, provided you attend regular check-ups and keep good oral hygiene. The terms are stated in writing in your quote.

Does implant surgery hurt?
Implants are placed under local anaesthesia and the procedure is usually less uncomfortable than an extraction. Mild swelling in the following days is normal and is controlled with the medication we prescribe.

Tirana International Airport has direct flights from most European capitals and many UK, Italian and German cities. Our team can pick you up at the airport and take you to your hotel and the clinic.
