Getting to Tirana
Tirana International Airport has direct flights from most European capitals and from many cities in the UK, Italy and Germany, usually two to three hours away. EU, UK and US citizens do not need a visa for short stays.
The local currency is the lek, but euros are widely accepted and card payments are common. Tirana is a safe, lively capital, so many patients add a few days on the Albanian coast.
Travel FAQ
Is it worth it once flights and hotel are included?
In most cases yes, especially for treatments with several implants or full arches, where the savings far exceed travel costs. Your quote also tells you how long each stay will be.
Can I bring a companion?
Of course. Many patients travel with a family member; the partner hotel offers double rooms and the airport pickup covers both of you.
What happens if I have a problem after I get home?
Message us on WhatsApp and our surgeon will assess the situation straight away. If needed, we arrange a check-up visit; work covered by the warranty is repaired at no extra cost.
How far ahead should I plan?
Two to three weeks is usually enough. Once you have your quote, we agree dates together based on the surgeon’s schedule and flight availability.
